6 Hour Kart Race at Lime Rock october 7, 2000 Team Blumper dominated the recent 6-Hour Kart Race at Lime Rick Park as usual, winning the pole position our first time in the karts. Competitors Dillon Gallagher, Dan Rutan, Lou Delorso and yours truly were the class of the field, no only kicking ass but also bringing a 30 foot camper draped in Team Blumper banners. The race went well until Rutan spun, was hit head on and disoriented (more than normal) and then was black flagged for rough driving. Team Blumper struggled to make up the lost time, turning some of the fastest laps on the track until the fourth hour when our Honda engine expired.
